Star Manufacturing is a custom manufacturer of agricultural & mining, construction, railroad, and replacement parts for OEM applications. We feature welded assemblies, welded components & accessories, hot formed steel parts welded into a sub assembly, cold and hot formed metal stampings welded into sub assembly and replacement parts. Star also performs hard facing of parts.
Hard facing is a process of applying a wire weld to the assembly. Hardness ranges go from 35rc to 55rc.
Capabilities include metalworking, fabricating, welding, hot forming, forging, stamping, shearing. painting, heat treating and hard facing.
