Assembly & Welding 

Star offers customers the capability to weld, braze and hard face, (hard surface), the forged, hot formed or heat treated components we produce.  Complete product or sub-assembly is available.

As a custom manufacturer of agricultural, mining, construction, railroad, and replacement parts for OEM applications, we feature welded assemblies, welded components & accessories, hot formed steel parts welded into a sub assembly, as well as cold and hot formed metal stampings welded into sub assembly and replacement parts.

Star also performs hard facing of parts.  Hard facing or often called hard surfacing is a process of applying a wire weld to the assembly. Hardness ranges go from 35rc to 55rc.

Supporting capabilities include metalworking, fabricating,  hot forming, forging, stamping, shearing. painting, and heat treating.  Inventory management programs are developed to support the specific production requirements of the customer.
