Original equipment manufacturers look to Star’s manufacturing process capability, capacity and reliability, to meet their production needs for products ranging in size from 2 - 100 lbs, low to high carbon grades, alloy and stainless, produced to their specifications and JIT requirements. Industries currently served include farm equipment, construction, railroad, mining and petroleum services.
Capabilities include plate & bar cutting, upset forging 2” - 4” & closed die forging 250 - 1600 ton, hydraulic bulldozers 75 - 250 ton, hot & cold punch up to 1”, multi-spindle and sandvik drills, (2) in line heat treat production lines. Eyebolt production cells, roll and cut thread, (4) production welding cells, and shot blasting.
